Wilmington, DE May 9, 2008 – The Riverfront Wilmington River Taxi is now operating on a regular schedule for the 2008 season.  The 36 passenger boat offers daily trips, private cruises, wine cruises and family nights along the Christina River.

Wilmington, DE April 24, 2008 – The 2008 Lunch Time Concert Series returns to Riverfront Wilmington Wednesday, April 30th with the sounds of Tony Mowen-Contemporary, Acoustics 50’s -present. These free concerts will offer lunch time entertainment and atmosphere to the many different business employees working and visiting the Wilmington Riverfront.

On Saturday, October 11, 2008, from 9:30 to 4:00 p.m., a annual walking tour of Historic New Castle’s kitchens and beautiful autumn gardens will take place, rain or shine. About a dozen private kitchens and gardens will be open to visitors.

From March through December the Historic Houses of Odessa throw open their doors to reveal their history and treasures that offer a unique and well-documented picture of 18th and 19th century life in a rural agrarian community.
