"I’d like to thank you again for your professional assistance in helping US DOT to locate appropriate meeting space for the 1-day Hazardous Materials Transportation Safety Workshop planned for the Wilmington / Newark area in April. By using the meeting and planning resources offered by the Greater Wilmington Convention & Visitors Bureau, I was able to save a considerable amount of time and effort by alleviating myself the burden of performing web-site searches for venues to accommodate 200 attendees in a classroom style seating arrangement and then having to contact each individual site with a request for a bid proposal. After contacting you, I was able to forward you our statement of work, which in turn you distributed to the venues you thought would best suit our needs. This process was made effortless and a pleasurable experience with your professional help while relying on your planning experience.
